During my stay, I encountered several maintenance issues that were quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the facility was notably lacking, which made me feel uneasy. I also noticed that some of the amenities, like the pool, were out of service, which took away from my overall experience.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The location was perfect for my needs. The staff were really friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great too! A solid experience. 😊

However, the lack of an elevator made it challenging for those who needed easier accessibility. Breakfast options were limited by late morning. we arrived to find only cereal and toast left. Disappointment came when discovering the pool was closed without any notice at the entrance, disappointing my younger guests. Staff were friendly and accommodating, assisting us with early check-in. While it has its shortcomings, the overall experience remained positive.

However, throughout our four-night stay, the lack of housekeeping was evident, with garbage only emptied once and limited fresh towels provided. Breakfast options were sparse, and we had to request additional tea, which was only available as green tea.
